| Annie’s Bed and Breakfast, is situated on a narrow strip of land between the sandy shores of Port Phillip and the vast parkland surrounding Albert Park Lake. It is one of a group of restored 100-year-old Federation houses. The accommodation consists of three well appointed, air-conditioned and hydronically heated bedrooms with ensuite facilities and a choice of single twin, queen or king sized bed. At Annie’s we invite you to enjoy our gourmet breakfast menu, which draws on fresh produce from local shops and markets. In winter, relax in the cosy atmosphere of the front guest lounge with an expansive leather lounge, TV and video, tea and coffee, fresh homemade cake and a well-stocked library available for holiday reading. In summer laze on a sun lounge or a hammock under a sprawling walnut tree in the back garden. Ask for a barbeque pack or a glass or Annies Lane wine for a casual home meal. From Annies you can discover St Kilda on foot or on bicycle - the beaches, the busy and vibrant atmosphere of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.
