| Braeside Guest House is Situated in the village of Risley directly between the popular cities of Nottingham and Derby. The property itself stands in an acre of the green belt which defines the border between these two magnificent counties.
Braeside Guest House offers first class accommodation in beautiful surroundings, yet close to all local amenities , and major road links. The accommodation proves extremely popular with those in the area on business looking for a quieter, more welcoming atmosphere, and is a favorite for guests of local weddings. Accommodation comprises of four rooms, which are located in two converted barns adjacent to the cottage. All of the rooms have en-suite facilities and are decorated to a very high standard. Breakfast is taken in the conservatory overlooking surrounding fields. Guests are welcome to walk freely around the grounds and relax while taking in the magnificent views. The large meadow on which the cottage stands is the home to an array of wildlife where wild rabbits can be seen playing joyfully throughout most of the year.
