Gatton House, built in 1901 for the barrister and mountaineer Sir Claud Schuster, is ideal for a holiday or weekend break.
We have 8 en-suite rooms with prices in the range £36 to £44 per person per night, including breakfast.

We have a comfortable lounge with a selection of books, maps and tourist information. Alternatively, you can sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the view.
Our breakfasts are cooked to order and include a traditional English Breakfast with vegetarian options.
Off Street parking is provided in our car park, with one parking bay per room.

Although we offer most of the services and facilities expected of a hotel, we do not offer an evening meal. Visit our web site for information on the cafes, pubs and restaurants close by.

We are situated in a quiet location in the centre of West Lulworth with spectacular views of the Village Church, thatched cottages and Purbeck Hills.

Due to the elevated location, Gatton House is not recommended for customers with walking difficulties.

We are within easy strolling distance of The Jurassic Coast and the South West Coast Path, ideal for those who enjoy a walking holiday or a relaxing time on the beach.

Dorset offers many interesting places to visit, ranging from castles to museums, gardens, stately homes and village pubs.
