Small Country House is situated in the quaint, peaceful hamlet of Near Sawrey which was famous for Beatrix Potter. Our restaurant,which has been awarded 2 AA red rosettes for food,directly overlooks Lake forest & mountains as do most of our rooms. The hotel is an RAC 'Little Gem' and we are an AA premier collection hotel.
