| We are located 1.5km from the town centre but far from the hustle and bustle of the high season.We are also situated near Scarborough University which is a 5 min walk away and
ideal for potential students/parents attending interviews/open days etc.
There is a dedicated guest P.C. in reception which enables anyone without a laptop to access the Internet.
All rooms are en-suite and ample parking for all guests.This is not "tandem" parking and cars are never blocked in. Neither do we require car keys to be deposited in Reception if you decide to walk into town. We are a DOG FRIENDLY establishment.

Visit Scarborough's North and South bays, the Old Town and Harbour, the shopping centre and a range of tourist attractions, including museums, the Sea Life Centre, Peasholm Park, and of course the Spa Theatre and Stephen Joseph Theatre. Scarborough Cricket Ground hosts an annual cricket festival which is extremely popular, and if you are interested in bowling, Scarborough has both flat and crown green bowls, together with an indoor bowling centre. A short drive takes you to the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, which is awesome in Autumn. A trip to Goathland, where Heartbeat is filmed, is interesting too, particularly the old railway station there. You can take the train to Pickering, a lovely little market town, and stop off at Grosmont. The scenery around this area is breathtaking. | Reception - There is a dedicated PC in Reception exclusively for guests to access the Internet to check their e-mails or to simply surf the Web. WiFi is also available in most bedrooms for guests with laptops which are WiFi enabled. Bedrooms - Brambles Lodge has 7 En-suite bedrooms. 1 Single.1 Twin.3 Doubles and 2 Family.All rooms have Freeview T.V./Radio/Complimentary tea/coffee trays/small fridge/electric fans/ totally double glazed and full central heating.Rooms available from 3pm/7pm or earlier/later by arrangement. Car Park - We have a large car park to guarantee guest parking ( one space per room). Our B&B sign is sited in the corner of the car park & easily visible from the A165 main road from Scarborough to Filey. Dining Room - Light and spacious with separate tables for each guest room to ensure your privacy whilst enjoying a traditional English breakfast. Early Autumn - An excellent time to visit Brambles Lodge. Crisp clear days without the hustle & bustle of the peak season. Bliss! |
