Modern house of potton design situated in a quiet close on the outskirts of Saxmundham a small market town and overlooking historic parkland, were in the winter and summer months long walks can be enjoyed. In walking distance of restuarants & shops. The seaside towns of Aldeburgh & Southwold are a short drive away.There are a number of golf course locally with Minsmere Nature Reserve a short drive away. We offer a warm welcome at our homely bed and breakfast accommodation throughout the year. A hearty breakfast is provided using local produce. The 2 rooms in the main house have their own TV and tea and coffee making facilities and share a bathroom. Guest also have use of a fridge in the dining room. The Twin room is a studio apartment with cooking facilities and private shower and can be offered as either B&B or selfcatering. Parking is available on the driveway or out side on the road.
