| The inn overlooks the cricket pitch at Rickling Green, Essex - only eight miles from Stansted Airport but a world away from any noise, hustle or bustle.
In fact, a visit to the Cricketers brings you the best of every world - whether it's a quick drink in the real ale bar, a top-class dinner in one of two haut cuisine restaurants, or an overnight stop in one of the beautifully refurbished bedrooms. In the pub you'll find comfortable leather sofas, an open fire, a snug, and a generous, traditional bar with a superb selection of real cask ales, soft drinks and spirits.
