Having been in the B&B business for many years, our priority has always been 'customer care'. We give a warm friendly welcome to all our guests: whether you are in Perth for business or pleasure, you will arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.

Our 5 well-decorated bedrooms offer guests comfort and relaxation after a long day travelling or sightseeing.
We offer: 2 twin ensuite, 1 family ensuite, 1 double ensuite (on ground floor), 1 single ensuite.

All rooms have central heating, remote-control colour TV/VCR, a radio-alarm clock, a hairdryer and a hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits. Just what you need to make you feel at home!

Our breakfasts are renowned and you will not need to eat again until dinner! The guest lounge is on the ground floor. Relax here in our comfortable armchairs reading your book or just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
