| Nanteos is a fine Palladian mansion house in a beautiful setting, built in 1739 with a classical early Georgian facade with elegant well proportioned principal reception rooms. Nanteos is famous for it's link with the Nanteos Cup, said by some t be the Holy Grail. Whatever the true origins of the cup, there is no doubt in the belief of the healing powers and its presence is still felt at Nanteos. The house is now open for B&B, weddings, conferences and parties. Nanteos sits in a secluded and private position 3 miles south-east of Aberystwyth. |
