Regency Townhouse in Brighton.
We are located in a quiet residential side street, yet right at the heart of the lively and cosmopolitan Kemp Town area of Brighton.
We are a few steps from the seafront, (our principal rooms have the benefit of oblique sea views), and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, such as The Royal Pavilion, The Lanes, North Laine, Brighton Pier, Brighton Marina, The Brighton Centre. You will find dozens of bars and restaurants a short walk from Charlotte Street in the St James's Street area of Kemp Town.
All rooms have been completely refurbished and include full en-suite shower rooms, 3 & 6 have full bathroom en-suites (shower over bath).
All rooms have flat panel TVs with freeview and a DVD player, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, use of towelling bathrobes and slippers, well stocked hospitality tray, a mini fridge with complimentary mineral water, DAB digital radio/alarm & iPOD docks and an iPad!
A full English breakfast is cooked to order between 8.30-9.30am.

|Awards & Accreditation (Quality in Tourism) - We have had an overnight visit by the Quality in Tourism (VisitBritain) Hotel Inspector. They have since accredited us with a 4-star Gold Award.
The Inspector's summary (in brief) read:
The proprietors show extremely good levels of hospitality and obviously work hard to maintain the standards of accommodation and cleanliness, which is be be commended. We would like to take this opportunity to wish them both good luck and every success for the future.
A period property located in the heart of Kemp Town and close to the seafront with easy access to local amenities, main roads and rail links, tourist attractions and places of historical interest. The property has recently undergone a comprehensive programme of refurbishment and presents to a high standard throughout.
Bedrooms are comfortably appointed with a wide range of accessories thoughtfully provided for guest well-being. Decor, furniture and fittings are co-ordinated and of a very good quality. Bathrooms are particularly well presented with contemporary-style sanitary ware and a wide range of toiletries and towels supplied.
Housekeeping shows obvious attention to detail, rooms are very well dressed while standards of cleanliness present very well in all areas, which is always encouraging to note.|

|Room 3 - Balcony King Double - A large king-size double room with full height windows looking down towards the sea. The room has a 26 flat panel TV with freeview channels and DVD player, DAB digital radio/alarm/iPOD dock. This room has a full bathroom en-suite, with a shower over the bath. The room is complete with mini fridge with complimentary mineral water, tea/coffee making facilites, all rooms have use of towelling bathrobes and slippers|

|Room 6 - King double en-suite - Room 6 is another large room which has been totally refurbished to include a new king size wrought iron bedstead and full bathroom en-suite (shower over bath), complete with heated towel rail. Room 6 is on the second floor (please note, we do not have a lift), it is bright, sunny and enjoys oblique sea views from the large bay window. This room has a king size double bed (5'), a mini fridge with complimentary mineral water, well stocked hospitality tray, complimentary toiletries and use of towelling bathrobes & slippers. You will also find a 22 flat panel TV with freeview and DVD player, as well as a DAB digital radio/alarm/iPOD dock.|
|Room 7 - Double en-suite - This room has been completely refurbished complete with new shower en-suite room. The room also has a flat panel TV with freeview channels and DVD player, DAB digital radio/alarm/iPOD dock, mini fridge, tea/coffee making facilities etc... This room can be interconnected with Room 8 to make a very large 2 bed family suite!!
|Room 8 - King double en-suite - This room is at the top of the house at the front, there are great views down towards the sea The room can be made up as a king-size double or as a twin bedded room. There is a flat panel TV with freeview channels and a DVD player, DAB digital radio/alarm/iPOD dock, a brand new shower en-suite room, mini fridge, tea/coffee making facilites etc... This room has the option to be interconnected with room 7 to make a large 2 bed family suite!!
