Overlooking the Tower Gardens (adjacent to the promenade), and a few steps from the shopping centre of Skegness, few venues offer a better position for local facilities, see map for detail.

The Guesthouse comprises 10 letting rooms, 6 of which offer private en-suite facilities.

We also have a ground floor bedroom, which over the years has proved very popular with visitors who may have difficulty negotiating stairs.


We offer both room and breakfast or optionally room, breakfast and evening meal.
