| We are 3 miles from Ryde with direct access on to the R74/R84 Coastal Footpaths, affording enjoyable walks to St Helens, Bembridge & Seaview Village. Delicious home cooked or continental type breakfasts are served in our Dining Room overlooking the garden. Very early breakfasts can be arranged. Guests are welcome to use the garden and sun beds. The Priory Bay Hotel which enjoys a reputation for fine food is situated about five minutes walk away. We can recommend other local lunch or dining establishments.
