Take advantage of Killin’s unique geographic position as Scotland’s central point, for that get away from it all break. a former bank, Breadalbane House, positioned in the centre of Killin’s main street, offers excellent bed and breakfast accommodation for the discerning visitor in comfortable and attractive rooms. All rooms en suite with colour TV, hair-dryer, and hospitality tray. Relaxing guest lounge, private car park, strictly non smoking. An excellent base with 90% of Scotland within ninety miles. We are available for bookings throughout the year, subject to our own holiday in an off-season period. In addition to offering a hearty Scottish breakfast to start your day we can also provide a vegetarian option or other variations with prior arrangement. Traditionally known for it’s picturesque scenery with the Falls of Dochart as the star attraction the area has also great opportunities for walking (the mid point on the Rob Roy way), climbing, both summer and winter, with the challenging Tarmachan ridge and Ben Lawers, towering above the village. Killin being the Eastern gateway town for the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and with the village nestling on the banks of Loch Tay you have the “Heartland" of Scotland on your doorstep. |
