We have also achieved a Four Star Silver Award following overnight assessments (2008, 09, 10 & 2011) from The Quality in Tourism Council. This is in recognition of the standard of quality, facilities and hospitality we offer to our Guests.
Family run small hotel non smoking, approximately 800 metres from the sea front. We offer personal attention, a generous breakfast menu, all in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. All rooms (total 6) are en-suite and have been refurbished including new carpets, beds & furniture, all rooms now (2011) have had completely new en-suites. Families with well behaved children are welcome, we have 2 family rooms sleeping 3 and 5 (maximum). Superior rooms have a refrigerator, all rooms have colour LCD Freeview TV and complimentary tea and coffee. The Baytree complies with the current fire regulations (new fire alarm system fitted 2008), is centrally heated and has a free car park and Wi-Fi. | Baytree view from Bridge Road - The Baytree is located in a quiet tree lined road yet only 5 minutes walk to the sea front. Breakfast - Relax and start the days on a fantastic breakfast. We offer a wide choice, including:- fruit juices, cereals, yogurts, a large variety of freashly cooked hot dishes, tea/coffee (fruit/green, decaf, Earl Grey), toast, croissants. All in our well appointed dining room. Standard en-suite double - Standard en-suite double, with colour LCD Freeview TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer and radio/alarm, toiletries and towels are also provided. Superior Double Room - Superior en-suite room with colour LCD freeview TV with DVD player, refrigerator (not stocked), tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, superior toiletries and towels are also provided. Superior Family Room - Superior en-suite family room with colour LCD freeview TV with DVD player, refrigerator (not stocked), tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, superior toiletries and towels are also provided. The room has a set of bunk beds (not shown) and can accommidate an extra bed if required (2 Adults 3 children max). The beds are shown as a king sized double 6' (1.8M), it can also be set to 2 twin beds 3' (900mm) each. Superior Ground Floor Room - Superior en-suite ground floor room with colour LCD freeview TV with DVD player, refrigerator (not stocked), tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, superior toiletries and towels are also provided.
