Accomodation: 1 Double en-suite room. 1 Twin room with private shower room. TV, Tea and Coffee making facilities, Hairdryer in all rooms. Special diets catered for. Special rate for staying 3 nights or more. Both properties are ideally situated for touring the Castle and Whisky trails. The historic market town of Huntly is home to Huntly Castle which was built in the 16th and 17th centuries and located on the banks of the River Deveron in a beautiful woodland river side setting. Huntly has a splendid 18 hole golf course and a bowling green with falconry and Peregrine centers only 10 minutes drive away. The Glenfiddich Distillery, Moray Firth Wildlife Centre, The Speyside Cooperage, Baxters Of Speyside, Leith Hall and Gardens, Dalgety Castle and the coast with it's picturesque fishing villages are all within an hours drive from Huntly. Huntly is also very convenient for the train and has an excellent bus service which runs every hour to Aberdeen or Inverness pick up point 5 mins walk from New Marnoch. Ideally placed for Aberdeen airport is only 45 minutes drive and Inverness airport only 90 minutes drive. |
