| The Butler's Room - This is the only room on the ground floor and has been decorated to suggest the sea; walls suggest ships and the sea. This room, like all the others, is ensuite. The Courtyard - Access to the guest-rooms are via our enclosed courtyard at the rear of the bulding. In the summer, there are lots of flowers. It's totally enclosed and very quiet; folks can't belive they are so near to the town. The guest entrance is via this courtyard, neaning that the guest accommodation is totally separate from the owners' living quarters; a feature everyone appreciates! The Maid's Room - Twin ensuite room on the 1st floor. Good size shower room; period furniture; lots of hanging and drawer space; well equipped. If you need something, it's probably in the room somewhere! The Nursery - This room is confidently called the Nursery. There is a full size double bed and two 3ft single beds, so there's a comfortable sleep for up to 4 people. It's the largest room in the house and the room that has almost escaped any Victorian improvements. There's a good sized ensuite and a chandelier [but not in the bathroom]. This room is great for a family or friends sharing. |
