Carriages Guesthouse, a small family-run business based in Dunbartonshire, Scotland. We are based in the medium-sized village of Renton, which is located about 5 miles from the southern shore of Loch Lomond. This area is also known as the gateway to the Western Highlands of Scotland. This web site is intended to give you a look around our apartment and some contact information. We currently run one fully self-contained apartment at the rear of our main property. This apartment is equipped with twin-single beds, kitchen area and a toilet (with electric shower). The apartment also has a terrestrial TV and DVD player. The apartment can be accessed without having to go through the main property, allowing guests to come and go at times that best suit them without disturbing anyone. We are absolutely ideal for visiting couples or small families who enjoy active holidays out-and-about whilst still having a 'home base' accommodation that offers independence. Similarly, our apartment is also great for working people who need accommodation whilst they work away from home, but prefer not to use hotels.
