The idyllic setting of Lodge Farm, believed to date back to the 17th Century, 4 miles north of Stamford, and close to the A1, provides the setting for the annexe B and B, and the cottages. Sat on a hill top with views of rolling countryside, fields and forests to all four aspects, it is the ideal setting for a “get away from it all” holiday or short break. The peace and tranquillity that surrounds the Farmhouse allows you to unwind away from the pressures and stresses of day to day living.
Ideal as a base for walking, fishing, cycling or simply to explore Stamford, Burghley House, Rutland water, Tolethorpe, and a host of other local attractions.
In addition to the Farm house annexe we also have two self catering cottages, both stone built. They are believed to date back to the 18th century have been sympathetically restored and tastefully converted during 2004. Retaining many original features they provide luxury accommodation, complete with all modern amenities and are furnished to a very high standard.
Both the cottages, and the annexe have ample parking and enjoy the benefit of separate gardens, BBQ areas and garden furniture.
During your stay why not take a break and make full use of the on site beauty salon where you can unwind even further.
For those who cannot resist keeping in contact with the outside world access to broadband is available.
Please feel free to visit our website and take a tour of the accommodation and gardens. |
