| Built in early 1900 from locally quarried Lakeland stone Ellerbrook House is a large victorian family home which retains a lot of its origional features, the accommodation comprises of 3 double ensuite rooms and a large family room which sleeps 4 people and has a private shower/toilet just outside the room. all rooms have washbasins fitted.
All our rooms are tastefully decorated and have complimentary tea/coffee facilities. Each room also has colour T/V DVD.We accept children from the age of 8yrs. Packed lunches are available daily on request. Ellerbrook House is located just 5 mins walk from Windermere town centre and just 10 mins from the train station, so is ideally situated for all the shops and restaurants,and there is a local public house located just 2 mins from the front door. Bowness and the lake are 1 mile away and can be walked in around 15 mins. There is ample free, on street parking available, with a regular bus service passing the door every 20 mins. A full English breakfast is served in the dining room between 8.30 - 9 am. We also cater for vegetarian diets on request. A warm welcome from your hosts Richard and Nicola await you! |

| Room 1 - Room 1 is a double ensuite room with a view out over the patio and the brook that runs past the back of the house. Room 2 - Room 2 is our large double en-suite room, that has a small louge area with brown leather tub chairs with foot stools. The room has a 19inch T/V DVD with i-pod docking station. The room is on the first floor, over looking the front of the house. Room 3 - Room 3 is a lovely double ensuite which is on the second floor and overlooks the brook running at the back of the house. Room 4 - Room 4 is our large family room which sleeps up to 4 people, the room has private shower/toilet facilities just outside the door. The room also has views overlooking the wooded copse at the front of the house and also of the mountains nearby. |
