Guest rooms are individually decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard - a real 'home from home' atmosphere. All rooms have ensuite shower room facilities. We offer free wireless internet connections throughout the house. Many local restaurants, pubs and take-aways all within a few minutes walk of Chimneys. We are delighted to offer a very varied breakfast selection using local produce, which is freshly cooked to order between 6.30am and 9.30am every day. We are happy to arrange a continental breakfast selection of guests departing prior to 6.30am. |

Chimneys - The Lavenham room (Double room) - A large room with king-size double bed and ensuite shower room featuring exposed beams. Decorated in Lavender and Lilacs with a country flower theme. Crisp white bed linen with lavender decoration. A delightful window seat looks out to historic Lower Street. TV Video, Hairdryer, Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh milk, biscuits and bottle water. Luxurious bathrobes and toiletries. Free wireless internet connection. Chimneys - The Maldon room (Single room) - A pretty single room with exposed beams and high ceiling, offering a delightful ensuite shower room. Decorated in a nautical style with crisp white and blue linen. TV Videa, Hairdryer, Complimentary Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Fresh Milk, Biscuits and Bottled Water.
