| Secluded farmhouse just one mile from the A27 with 3 en-suite rooms finished to the highest standard. Two doubles with large showers, and a twin with spa bath. All rooms have Freeview TV and Broadband if required. The area is suited to walkers as both level and hill walks abound. We are in fact just 500 metres from the South Downs Way. Attractions nearby include Glyndebourne Opera House and Charleston Farmhouse. Many very good eating places close at hand. |

| ALCISTON ROOM - Alciston room (pronounced Awl-cis-ton) is the cosiest of rooms. It is a twin, but has the luxury of a spa bath, just right after all that walking, but please don't put bubble bath in! ALCISTON ROOM 2 - Just to show you that it@s not a small room, just difficult to photograph! BERWICK ROOM - This a very light and airy double room with a large shower. Like all the other rooms it has Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. FIRLE ROOM - Double room that is double aspect with a walk in shower and wonderful views over the surrounding countryside THE DINING ROOM - A spacious room which seats eight comfortably. We believe that you should share the table with the other guests so you get to know each other over a full breakfast of the best Sussex has to offer. VIEW FROM BERWICK ROOM - Once again you can see the South Downs just 500 yards away, but it does make you puff walking up there! VIEW FROM FIRLE ROOM - This show just how close we are to the South Downs. The South Downs Way footpath runs right along the top at the end of the lane WESTERLY VIEW FROM FIRLE ROOM - In this view you can see the old 'Coach Road' which runs along the foot of the downs linking Alfriston, Berwick, Alciston and Firle. It's a good level walk with a good eating house in each village |
