| Named after visiting swallows who nested in the rafters during it's construction, Swallows Loft is a quality bed and breakfast suite. Comprising a comfortable sitting room,double bedroom with en - suite shower room,and accessed by it's own external staircase, Swallows Loft enjoys panoramic countryside views and tantalising glimpses of the sea. Quiet and secluded, yet within 2 miles of Saundersfoot and 5 miles of Tenby, Swallows Loft is a bit of a discovery! Newly completed in Spring 2007, The Suite has been created to offer guests a Bed & Breakfast experience with a difference. Visitors to our only guest suite can be assured of our dedicated attention during their stay. For those who value privacy and the freedom to come and go as they please, Swallows Loft, separate from the main house and with it's own access, is a perfect retreat. Breakfast is all about choice and flexibility. Our Breakfast menu offers plenty of options and always includes some of the best available local produce. Vegetarian & Vegan breakfast menu available. Breakfast is served in the main house, or (weather permitting) alfresco on the terrace. For a more leisurely experience why not request breakfast served to the suite - the choice is yours! Swallows Loft will suit couples or individuals looking for quality Bed & Breakfast in a quiet comfortable hideaway conveniently close to the best that South Pembrokeshire has to offer. Available all year round, Swallows Loft is perfect for cosy winter breaks too. The accommodation is totally non - smoking and regrettably pets cannot be accepted. Due to it’s staircase access Swallows Loft may be less suitable for those with mobility issues or small toddlers. terms: payment by cash or cheque subject to 3 days clearance. cards not accepted. reservations held for 5 days pending receipt of 50% deposit. balance payable on arrival. cancellation insurance recommended as refunds cannot be considered unless suite can be re let on cancelled / altered dates. arrivals from 12 noon, departures by 10.30am. On fine mornings, we can serve breakfast on the terrace in the foreground otherwise it is available in the dining room of The Hawthorns. If preferred, you may also have your breakfast delivered to the suite, for an even more relaxed start to your day. Choices .... choices! Swallows Loft - the inside story - brand new for 2007. relax in the warmth and comfort of the sitting room, whilst enjoying the 21 freeview t.v. a cold drink from the full size fridge maybe or a hot drink from the limitless complimentary supply? breakfast en suite?..... no problem either! purpose designed and equipped to deliver Bed & Breakfast with a difference - Swallows Loft will not disappoint! The Hawthorns - welcome to our home and Swallows Loft. We are only a mile off the main road to Tenby yet you would never realise it. Sardis is a pretty and tranquil backwater, away from the bustle of the main resorts yet both Saundersfoot and Tenby can be easily reached via quiet coastal lanes. View - Coppet Hall Beach - looking east - less than a mile from The Hawthorns - the coastal path goes through tunnels from here to Wiseman's' Bridge Beach with it's waterside Inn & restaurant. This walk is easy and level, and can be cycled too. For the more energetic, why not try the circular walk from Swallows Loft, through Sardis, and downhill to Coppet Hall. Then through the tunnels to Wiseman's Bridge for refreshments before climbing the hill back to The Hawthorns! View - Saundersfoot - harbour & village - less than 2 miles from Swallows Loft. Our nearest seaside village! View - Tenby - in winter sunshine - within 5 miles of Swallows Loft, Tenby with it's famous North Beach & harbour view is a firm favourite with summer holidaymakers.
