| This is a cosy family home with a very laid-back safe secure and friendly atmosphere. It's a 400 yr old stone farmhouse set in 15 acres of organic natural flower meadows containing several duckponds. There are numerous ducks, geese, chickens and rabbits kept as pets on the land and they roam about freely - as nature intended. It's a unique peaceful rural tranquil setting. There are only two letting rooms. One is on the first floor. One is on the top (second) floor. Both rooms are nicely decorated and have private bathroom and glorious rural views. The owners live on the ground floor so you have lots of privacy having the upstairs practically all to yourself. You can eat as many free range eggs as you like. Breakfast consists of cornflakes/milk, eggs, baked beans, toast/jam/butter/honey, tea/coffee. No bacon or sausages as we are vegetarians (sorry). The house is 6 miles from Bromyard or Leominster. 12 miles from Hereford. 19 miles from Worcester M5J7. Payment via cash or cheque (no credit card facilites). NO SMOKING IN THE ROOMS OR HOUSE. (SORRY). YOU MAY SMOKE OUTSIDE IN THE GROUNDS, BUT PLEASE DON'T THROW DOG-ENDS DOWN ON THE GROUND BECAUSE THE DUCKS THINK THEY ARE WORMS AND EAT THEM AND GET SICK. THANK YOU. |
