| The Bay Tree House is a highly regarded establishment. It currently holds 4 AA Red Diamonds, which the AA only awards to establishments that it lists within the nation's top 10%. It was also runner-up in the '2006 Merseyside Bed & Breakfast of the Year' competition. Its breakfasts were awarded the '2005/06 AA Golden Eggcup Award'. Dinner is also served at the hotel, upon prior request. Prices range from 16.95 GBP (2-course) to 21.50 GBP (3-course). Exclusive dinner parties of 10 or more can also be catered for.
