It was originally named The Rawdon Hotel and was conceived and built by the Marquis of Hastings. Now a privately owned hotel providing a high level of service and intimacy, which is difficult to find in larger hotels. The hotel provides ample free parking, complimentary Wi-FI access, good food and drink and state of the art conference facilities. The AA rosette recomended resturant's resident chef, Jeff Cadden, is a master of all things unpretentious, wholesome and home cooked. He is also a firm believer in value for money, so you can enjoy a mid-week lunch or a 3-course dinner for a competitive sum. The restaurant has very loyal local following in Castle Donington and its surrounding villages, so please avoid disappointment by booking ahead. And don’t worry, Donington Manor may date from the 18th century but we have a 21st century attitude towards comfort and relaxation.
