| The Sands is a light, spacious and airy Victorian house. Well situated 200 metres flat walk from Exmouth's beautiful, 2 miles long golden sandy beach and 300 metres, again a flat walk, from Exmouth's town centre.
All rooms are bright and tastefully decorated and have colour television, with digital reeption, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdrier. There is a choice of twin or double rooms with en-suite shower room or shared bathroom. All of which are double glazed and centrally heated. For your comfort and relaxation we operate a no-smoking policy and we cannot accomodate pets. |
