The Mayflower is a delightful, four storey building built around the 1890's with a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. We also think that it is located in the Prettiest Terrace in Plymouth - and indeed the Terrace won Best Road category for Plymouth in Bloom 2009/2010 and 2010/11
We are located close to the historic Plymouth Hoe, where Sir Francis Drake famously played bowls, and the bustling Barbican area, taking in the Mayflower Steps from where the Pilgrim Fathers set sail in 1620. An easy five minute stroll will lead you to the City where you will find a traffic-free shopping centre.
Free WiFi is offered and available in all rooms
Full English breakfast is included and vegetarians are catered for. All rooms have central heating, colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Most rooms have an en-suite bathroom.
Plymouth is on the doorstep of the great Dartmoor National Park with its rustic appeal, the beautiful South Hams, boasting a wide range of beaches, and is just across the river from the charming County of Cornwall. |
