| West farm is a traditional stone farmhouse built in 1874. It is set in a spacious and tranquil garden at the edge of the quiet hamlet of Eaton, 6 miles from Oxford and 4 miles from Abingdon.
We have two double ensuite rooms both recently renovated to a high standard. The welcome is warm, the beds are comfortable and the breakfasts are tasty. We look forward to meeting you. |

| Garden View - A large comfortable double room with a kingsize bed, full size wardrobe, dressing table and five-draw chest. The mattress is Vi-Spring, one of the best quality brands available, and the sheets are 400 thread count Egyptian cotton, very soft and comfortable. A quality 26 LCD tv and dvd player are provided along with tea and coffee making facilities, a quality hair dryer, and a good selection of books and magazines. Detailed information about restaurants and tourist attractions in the area is also provided. Garden View shower room - A light room containing a toilet, large basin and a spacious shower enclosure with an Aqualisa power shower. L'Occitane toiletries are provided for guests use. Large soft towels complete the feeling of luxury. The Blue Room - A large comfortable double room with a full size wardrobe, dressing table and five-draw chest. The mattress is Vi-Spring, one of the best quality brands available, and the sheets are 400 thread count Egyptian cotton, very soft and comfortable. The Breakfast Room - A good selection of cereals, juices, natural yoghurt, fruit compote, toast, tea and coffee and, of course, the traditional full English breakfast consisting of bacon, sausages, eggs from our own hens, tomatoes and portabello mushrooms. |
