| Riverside House - Bed and Breakfast is a working family farm in countryside location next to Steeping River approx. 7 miles away from Skegness. We are situated in Thorpe Culvert about two and half miles from Wainfleet and about three miles from Burgh-le-Marsh.
Thorpe Culvert is only a small village but is well serviced by pub/restuarants such as The Three Tuns just over the road from us. They are all within a short walking distance along quiet country roads. As well as the Steeping River there are local ponds stocked with course fish where anglers might like to try their skills, such as Swan Lake leisure just over the road from us. Riverside House is only 15 mins away by car from Skegness if you want to have a day out or sample the night life. If you don't want to drive, then you can take the train from the little village train station in Thorpe Culvert which takes you there via Wainfleet. When you have tired of all the sight seeing you might like to come back to our own gardens at Riverside House or take a stroll at your own leisure to one of the nearby inns and sample the local beer and quisine. |
