| A warm welcome awaits you at Gratton Grange ,a newly renovated farmhouse set in beautiful open countryside on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Gratton and close to the villages of Elton and Youlgreave. Away from the hustle and bustle, you can relax in the amazing countryside of the Peak District ,walk or cycle through interesting and beautiful scenery, visit the magnificent Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, or Hardwick and the Plague village of Eyam . The local towns of Bakewell with its famous Monday Market , and the monthly Farmers Market, Buxton the old Spa town famous for its bottled water or visit Matlock and Matlock Bath where you will find the Heights of Abraham , Gulliver’s Kingdom. You can take a ride in a cable car or stroll along the promenade along by the riverside. Alton Towers is a short drive around 35 minutes if you are feeling like a fun day out. Cycle hire is available on the local trails. There are lots of fun things to do for all ages in and around about so take a break and visit us at Gratton Grange. Comfortable Double Rooms await you with en-suite facilities ,or Twin with Private bathroom. Guest Dining Room and TV Lounge, ample outdoor space and parking. Packed Lunches, Afternoon Tea, and Evening Meals available with prior notification or book a Special Break including Evening Meal. Wake up to a appetising farmhouse breakfast, to set you up for the day ahead, cooked on the Aga and served in the dining room or have breakfast in bed if you prefer.
