| David and Eileen Lindsay welcome you to their own home, a Victorian guesthouse just off the A183 junction with the Royal Hospital. We are 5 minutes drive away from the University, Empire Theatre and Sunderland city centre, 15 minutes away from the seafront and the Stadium of Light, 25 minutes drive to Durham, Metrocentre and Newcastle. As we are only 2 minutes drive from the local university (10 minutes walking), Felicitations is ideally located for students and students' parents in town for visits, enrolment and graduation. Because of our location we save you on travel costs when booking further afield. Accommodation We offer spotlessly clean accommodation with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Felicitations has been freshly renovated. All bedrooms have adjoining private shower/bath rooms and feature tea and coffee facilities, hair dryers, alarm clocks and TVs. There is FREE on road parking outside the guest house. We also can offer you flexibility on times when checking in with prior arrangement. |
