Mill Lane House is situated in the town of Naas, Co. Kildare. We are ideally located on our own mature site on Mill Lane, just off the Sallins Road in Naas and only a 5 minute walk to the town centre. The area is extremely quiet and well lit at night time making it ideal for walking to and from the town. We have four non smoking ensuite guest bedrooms all furnished to the highest standard with complimentary tea/coffee, cable TV and a combination of oil and electric storage heating making your bedroom nice and snug on those cold winter nights! There is also ample secure parking on site. Most of our guests return time and again for our friendly service and quality accommodation with a “home from home” experience. We specialise in welcoming both corporate and leisure guests and offer our clients a friendly and personal service. Our guesthouse is an ideal base for visiting clients and employees. During the week we offer a continental self service breakfast and a full Irish breakfast at the weekend. Adjacent to the house we also have self catering apartments for 2-4 people. These are ideal for long stay guests and new employees looking for accommodation locally. In the main house we have four double ensuite guest bedrooms, two of which are family rooms. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and have cable TV, Hairdryers & complimentary Tea & Coffee Making Facilities. Once you check in you will have your own front door key and bedroom key so you are free to come and go at your leisure. Please note that we are a strictly non-smoking property and that smoking facilities are provided outside. If the house is fully booked why not enquire about our self catering apartments which cater for 2 – 4 people, all with shower ensuite and kitchens. Long stay rates are available excluding electricity which is operated by a coin meter which means you only pay for what you use. All apartments have complimentary tea & coffee and cable TV. There is complimentary WiFi available in the main house and ample parking. We are located just off the Sallins Road on the old Mill Lane on our own mature site. From the M7 Southbound take Exit 9 for Naas North or from the M7 Northbound take Exit 10 for Naas South and drive to North Main Street. From McDonalds at Poplar Square, continue on past the Church on the Sallins Road and take the next left after a set of pedestrian traffic lights. You will see the 1st of our three signs for Mill Lane House B&B. When you turn left onto Mill Lane watch out for the turn to the right for the old Mill Lane (don’t go straight on as you might be inclined to – if you reach the Mill Lane Manor Nursing Home you have gone too far). We are the first house on the left with a stone entrance. If there is no answer from the hall door try us on 045 897257. Naas is only 40KM from Dublin Airport, 35Km from Dublin Port and 45KM from Dun Laoghaire Port. It is an ideal stopping point for tourists both arriving to and departing from Ireland, with access via the N7/M7 and M50. There are excellent bus and train links to the town and we can also arrange limousine transport to and from your arrival point. County Kildare is known worldwide as the home of horse racing at the Curragh, Punchestown and Naas Racecourses. In addition, the world famous Ryder Cup was staged in 2006 at the nearby K Club and there are many excellent golf courses locally. Naas town is a thriving town with over 22,000 people and is only 40 minutes from Dublin City Centre. There are excellent restaurants and pubs in the town all serving top quality food and beverages. The Kildare Village in Kildare town is retail heaven for shoppers with the added incentive of offering tax back on purchases.
