| Our 3 Star Bed and Breakfast is situated in a convenient location, half a mile from the centre of Fort Augustus at the southern end of Loch Ness in the heart of the Highlands.
Fort Augustus is half way between Fort William (known as the outdoor capital of the Highlands) and the capital city of Inverness. Fort Augustus is an ideal base for a holiday. Glencoe and the Isle of Skye are all within easy reach and there are plenty of walks and a golf course nearby. For keen walkers, Fort Augustus is approximately half way along the Great Glen Way. This friendly, family run bed and breakfast has lovely views and comfortable recently renovated bedrooms all with en-suite or private bathroom. We offer hospitality tray, toiletries, flat screen TV with DVD player, free wireless internet access and a range of books and DVDs to borrow while you stay with us. We offer a choice of breakfasts served at flexible times to suit you. We have plenty of off road parking and can safely store your bicycles and dry your wet clothes. Everyone is welcome, including walkers, cyclists and motorbikers. |

| Dining room - Our sunny dining room looks out over our back garden where our birds will keep you occupied while eat your hearty breakfast.
A selection of DVDs and books are available in the dining room to borrow while you stay with us. Room 1 - Single room, private bath, ground floor - Single bedroom on the ground floor with a view to the front over fields, trees and the mountains. New private shower room across the hallway. Room 2 - Double en-suite room on the ground floor - This double room on the ground floor has a view to the front over fields, trees and mountains. It has a new en-suite shower room. Room 3 - Twin with en-suite shower on ground floor - Our ground floor twin room has a recently refurbished shower room. The view is to the rear over our garden where you can see the birds feeding. Flat screen TV with DVD player, tea tray, toiletries. Room 4 - Family en-suite on first floor - Our first floor family room has a view to the side over trees. It has a new en-suite shower room. There is a double bed and 2 bunks suitable for young children. Flat screen TV with DVD player, tea tray and toiletries provided. Room 5 - Twin room, private bathroom, 1st floor - Our first floor twin room has a recently refurbished private shower room across the hallway. The room has a view to the front over fields, trees and mountains. Flat screen TV with DVD player, tea tray and toiletries provided. Shower Rooms - All our shower rooms are either new or refurbished to a good standard. The walk in shower has thermostatic controls for ease of use. The modern tiles and flooring make the room bright and airy. Tea Tray - A supply of tea, coffee, chocolate and fruit teas are supplied for your refreshment. Also biscuits and bottled water.
