The Old School is set in an acre of gardens and horse paddocks, with splendid views across the Fens onto Ely Cathedral. The 3 bedrooms are all on ground floor level and have recently been tastefully re-decorated. They are accessible for guests with impaired mobility. Single occupancy on request. Authentic continental breakfasts are our speciality, or we will serve a full English cooked breakfast with your choice of quality ingredients. Breakfast is prepared in the newly fitted, purpose built kitchen next to the breakfast room with split-level residents’ lounge. Residents are welcome to relax in the conservatory overlooking the garden in the afternoon over a cup of tea or coffee and have access to a wide choice of books and information of local, equestrian, geographical and historical as well as general interest. Guests are welcome by arrangement to use the kitchen to store, prepare and heat their own food or order in a take-way and use the breakfast room for dinner should they not wish to go out for an evening meal.
