Stylish, newly refurbished, comfortable rooms in an 1830 house. All rooms have a spacious ensuite with shower. There is no cut off time for checking in as we have code entry and no keys. We are three miles from Jn28, Cullompton, on the main road to Exeter. There is ample parking. The complimentary continental breakfast can be taken away by early travellers and there is a microwave for the use of guests. We are a non-smoking hotel and we aim to have high standards of cleanliness so that our guests can feel at home.
