Situated in a quiet location ideal to enjoy the best of Exmouth There is off road parking. But the road is very quiet away from busy main roads - with no yellow lines or pubs and clubs on the doorstep. It is about 15 mins walk down into the town. And less than 5 mins to the Estuary cycle path. Guests have their own keys to come and go in privacy There are 3 rooms - 1 single ,1 twin and 1 double all on the first floor The rooms are what one expects in a modern B&B - no net curtains,frills and flounces or signs with rules everywhere. Just good comfortable beds, new furniture, hostess tray, TV and wifi. And of course great ensuites with super showers. Picture postcard views from the double and twin rooms There are no children or pets - only Cassie our Bernese Mountain dog.
