Our b and b is perfectly located for local wedding venues, being the nearest accommodation to Clandon Park and the Manor House Hotel and not far from Loseley House. We are also happy to accept early arrivals prior to the wedding. All rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Single, twin, double & family accommodation can be provided and includes a continental style breakfast. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac just of Epsom Road, Yew Tree House is on a main route to the town centre, just a short car or bus ride away. Guildford Business Park, the Research Park and university are all within easy commuting as is the Spectrum Leisure Centre and the local theatres. The Downs, with it's walkways and local beauty spots, are just a short walk away across the Merrow Golf Course. Local amenities include a bakery, Post Office, pharmacy, small supermarket, an acclaimed Indian restaurant and the Horse and Groom public house, offering fine food at reasonable prices. Easy access to the local railway stations, airports, and the A3 and M25 make Yew Tree House a convenient centre for travel in the Surrey and London area. Parking is also provided. Wireless broadband internet access is available. |
