| We are a working arable farm, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Our acommodation consists of 2 well appointed rooms, each having a double and a single bed so they can be used for twin, double, triple or family. Cots and other baby equipment are available.
Each room has private facilities : one has a roll top bath and power shower and the other a contemporary power shower room. We provide a mighty English breakfast consisting of local meat, our own free range eggs, Hampshire mushrooms and tomatoes all cooked slowly in the Aga. We have ample off road, secure parking. Families are particularly welcome. We are an ideal base for walking sections of the South Downs Way and offer lifts to the trail, a drying service and packed lunches. |

| One of our lovely bedrooms - Our rooms have luxury cotton linen and have many personal touches to make your stay special. Mineral water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits are all in the rooms. Each room has a flat screen digital TV with freeview and a hairdryer. Our beautiful Victorian bathroom - Relax in our roll top bath amidst our ancient beams. Complimentary luxurious toiletries are on hand, as well as soft bath robes and fluffy white towels. |
