| Beechborough is a stylish boutique B&B offering luxury accommodation in the heart of beautiful Kent countryside. Situated in the picturesque village of Bishopsbourne, Beechborough is less than 5 miles from the City of Canterbury with its breathtaking cathedral, restaurants, bars, shops and everything else that a City has to offer. Explore the pretty market town of Faversham and visit the Shepherd Neame Brewery, or enjoy some sea air at Whitstable. Maybe even visit Dungeness with its bleak landscape and where you can see the totally original seaside garden of Derek Jarman. You could even enjoy a day out either to France or Belgium if you drive onto Eurostar from the Channel Tunnel at Folkestone. Wine and cheese awaits! We’re passionate about quality and supporting the local community. We offer good quality locally sourced ingredients for our breakfast - the bacon comes from happy Saddleback Pigs from Lower Hardres Farm Shop. They also produce excellent beef and lamb, along with fruit (PYO) and vegetables. And you can be sure of a warm friendly welcome on arrival from your hosts Lizzie and Martin (and of course Rudi the chocolate labrador). We hope you enjoy all that the picturesque village of Bishopsbourne has to offer, including our favourite Shepherd Neame pub ‘The Mermaid Inn’, serving first class local beer and lunchtime food only 50 yds from the front door.
