| Nestled in the little Wye Valley village of Whitney on Wye, just 4 miles from the famous literary town of Hay on Wye, Josie's Annexe is the perfect private retreat. Josie's Annexe is a suite with no time restrictions on eating or coming and going (other than check in & out stipulations). It boasts under floor heating, a mini kitchen (2 ring hob, fridge, crockery & cutlery, and cooking utensils) with slate work surfaces, internet access, luxurious shower room, a flat screen TV and dvd, and its own garden area with a fish pond, shingling and decking. For a relaxed romantic getaway in a beautiful location, look no further. Our local pub/restaurant is sat on the River Wye just a minute's walk away. The suite sleeps two, and a single bed and/or travel cot are available on request. |

| Exterior - There is a garden area with decking, shingling, and a raised fish pond which is for the exclusive use of Josie's Annexe. You have your own front door so can come and go as you like in privacy. Kitchen - The kitchen offers slate surfaces, a full size fridge, a 2 ring hob, sink and drainer as well as cooking utensils and crockery/cutlery. It's always stocked with a selection of teas, real coffee, sugar and milk. Main room - Josie's Annexe was completely refurbished in Autumn 2009 and had under floor heating and very effective insulation installed. The main room features a double bed, table and stools, a flat screen tv with dvd player and a selection of dvd's. Main room 2 - Shower Room - There is a large luxurious shower cubicle, a large heated towel rail. Towels are provided. |
