The Baskerville Arms is just 1.3 miles from the famous town of Hay-on-Wye, known throughout the world as the 'Town of Books'. This unique town, with its maze of narrow ancient streets, now houses over 30 bookshops, a variety of galleries, antique and gift shops and numerous cafes and tearooms. On the north-east tip of the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons, and within walking distance of the River Wye, you will never be short of something to keep you occupied whilst staying at this charming inn.
The inn also caters for weddings, private parties and conferences. Accessibility: There is a concrete ramp from car park to public areas. All rooms are on the first floor reached via one small (3 steps) and one main (13 steps) flights of stairs. Two rooms have walk-in showers, the rest are either bath only, or bath with overhead shower. The furthest room is approximately a 30 metre walk from the top of the stairs. |
