| Elegant grade 2 listed Georgian house, offering quality bed and breakfast accommodation, 2 minutes walk from Grantham's town centre. All guest rooms are en-suite or have private bathrooms and are equipped with televisions, coffee and tea making facilities, fridge, microwave, irons, hairdryers and clock radios. | Dining Room - A large traditional room with original fire place and oak floor. Garden 1 - A pleasant place to sit and a welcome haven for the smokers. Garden 2 - A view looking back at the rear of the house.Note the unspoiled exterior with all of the original windows(although we do now have secondary double glazing to keep out the draughts) Kitchen and Aga for home cooked food - Traditional English breakfast is cooked in the AGA. Evening meals are cooked to order and must be booked in advance. Room 1 - A ground floor en-suite room that can be let as either a single,double,twin or triple room.Furnished with a double and single bed.This room has a large dressing room with shower,basin and wc.Although not wheelchair friendly it is suitable for those less able. Room 1 En-suite - Linked to room one via a private hallway. Room 2 - A first floor en-suite room the same size as room one and can be let in the same ways. Linked via a private hallway to a full bathroom with shower over the bath. Room 3 - A pretty en-suite room at the back of the house overlooking the garden. It can be let as either a single or a double. This room has a small en-suite shower room. |
