We are a small family run Non Smoking guest house with only five rooms 2 singles and three others which may be used as twins, doubles or family . All rooms are tastefully decorated & have hot and cold water, central heating, double glazing with tea and coffee facilities and colour tv’s with video channels plus a clock radio alarm and hair dryer.Laundry service and Ironing facilities on request. Our Breakfast’s will set you up for the day, as we only serve freshly cooked food. A full English breakfast i.e., fruit juice and cereals followed by Grilled Bacon and sausage, with tomato, baked beans, mushrooms and egg (as you like them) also plenty of tea, coffee, toast, marmalade & jam. Situated on Isaac’s Hill and on a main bus route to Grimsby, We are only a short distance from the Sea front, Railway Station, Sussex Recreation Ground, Memorial Hall, Town Centre, Bowling Alley, Pier and Gardens. Buses also run from Sea Road to the Leisure Centre, Boating Lake, Discovery Centre and Pleasure Island Theme Park. The area is also an excellent base to tour the Lincolnshire & Yorkshire Wolds Travelling Via the Humber Bridge. We have a drink’s license,but we do not have a bar. Bottle and canned beer’s etc. are usually in stock plus wines and spirits with a few soft drinks.Drinks may be taken in your room or in the Dining Room.
