Entrance Hall - Information on places of interest, events and leisure pursuits are displayed on our notice board in the foyer. Scottish Borders Tourist Board information is also available in the display racks. Games, books and magazines are available for the enjoyment of our guests as well as a selection of videos including the Borders area and local sporting activities. We will do our best at Reception to answer any queries you may have.
Dining Room - We offer full Scottish Breakfast with an option of continental or vegetarian if preferred. Breakfast is served in our Dining Room on the ground floor. A television/video is located in the dining room with a selection of videos of the Borders area and local sports and activities.
En-suite bathrooms
- All bathrooms have been upgraded and newly refurbished to a high standard. All towels are supplied and shampoo, shower gel and soap are provided with our compliments.
Garden Area
- Our garden is open to all our guests and in good weather breakfast, coffees and teas can be served outdoors.
Room 1 - Double Room
- Room 1 is our double room with en-suite facilities and has colour TV (remote control with Teletext), tea and coffee making facilities, hair drier, trouser press and adjustable central heating.
Room 2 - Family Room (sleeps 4)
- Room 2 is bright, spacious and comfortable with one double bed and two single beds and en-suite bathroom. This room has colour TV (remote control with Teletext), coffee/tea making facilities, hair drier, trouser press and adjustable central heating.
Room 3 - Family Room (sleeps 3)
- Room 3 is a family room with one double and one single bed and en-suite facilities. This is a bright, comfortable room and has colour tv with remote control and teletext, tea and coffee making facilities, hair drier, trouser press and adjustable central heating.
Room 4 - Twin Room
- Room 4 has twin beds and en-suite bathroom, colour TV (remote control and Teletext), tea and coffee making facilities, hair drier, trouser press and adjustable central heating.
Room 5 - Twin Room
- Room 5 is on ground level and overlooks the garden. This room has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. It has colour TV (with remote control and Teletext), tea and coffee making facilities, hair drier, trouser press and adjustable central heating.
Rooms 6 & 7 - Family Suite (sleeps 6) -
Rooms 6 and 7 are on one floor with two triple rooms opposite one another with bathroom on landing in between. There is also a small relaxation/reading area between the two rooms. The rooms can be booked separately of course but this whole suite is ideal for a family or friends who require some privacy. Each room has remote control tv with Teletext, tea and coffee making facilities, hair drier, trouser press and adjustable central heating.
