|Come and stay on our working farm. Set in beautiful peaceful countryside with wonderful views, we are ideally situated for touring the area, or just relaxing in our comfortable, friendly accommodation.
AA 4 Star rating, en-suite rooms with king sized beds, family room, Tea/Coffee/Chocolate facilities, remote colour TV, radio alarm, hairdryer, ironing facilities, digital safe and of course stunning views. Next to a large wood with walks to the river Derwent and the local ruined Abbey at Kirkham, we are also central for York, the east coast, Castle Howard, North Yorks Moors (Heartbeat counrty), Thirsk (Herriott country), Flamingoland, and lots more.
Well behaved children welcome at reduced prices, with discounts available for longer breaks.
We pride ourselves on our breakfasts. Nominated (Top 100) for AA Breakfast of the Year 2003/2004, and a 5 star AA rating for breakfast. With home made bread, jams and preserves, cakes and scones, you will be spoilt for choice. All ingredients are home grown or bought locally, and don't forget our free range eggs, laid by our hens each day.
