On the ground floor overlooking the garden and the bay our guests will find a spacious lounge and reading room with free internet access. An attractive and sheltered front garden is there to enjoy the Cornish sunshine. Most of the rooms have stunning sea views and all offer the best comfort you would expect. Many of our guests have come back many time to relax here and enjoy the local beauty spots.
Breakfast is an important part of any stay. Our highly praised breakfast won the AA Egg cup award and figure only the very best of local and home made produce. Select from our large selection ranging from the traditional Full English, eggs benedict, toasted bagels with salmon, hot pancakes with maple syrup and wild berries or the Continental buffet with fresh fruits, a variety of cereals, yogurts, croissants, home made bread, Cornish cheeses and jams. We also serve vegetarian options and for fish lovers a traditional Kedgeree or smoked haddock served with duck eggs.
The Blue Seas is in a prime Penzance location, we are just 1/2 mile from the bus and train station, whilst the Scillonian Ferry, Morrab Gardens, Penlee Gallery and Jubilee Pool are minutes away on foot.
Penzance is a perfect base for exploring the delights of southwest Cornwall, its historic sites, sandy beaches and luxuriant gardens. St Michaels Mount, the Minack Theatre, Lands End, the Eden Project and the Isles of Scilly all make ideal daily excursions.
